Omschrijving
In het dorp La Morra, het kloppende hart van de D.O.C.G. Barolo, wordt deze mythische wijn gemaakt door Mirko en Frederica Martini. Deze gepassioneerde wijnmakers hebben het niet makkelijk, het verbouwen van Nebbiolodruiven heeft namelijk wat voeten in aarde. Deze druif heeft dikke schil die veel tannines bevat waardoor de wijnen in hun jeugd erg hard kunnen zijn. Ook heeft hij veel zuren en rijpt hij soms lastig. Alleen in de allerbeste wijngaarden met hulp van hardwerkende wijnmakers wordt je beloond met een enorm breed smaakpalet en een exotische neus van teer, rozen en viooltjes. Loopt bij jou ook het water al in de mond? Hij is op dronk, maar wordt alleen maar beter wanneer je 'm nog even laat liggen....
