Costa Baiano heeft een robijnrode kleur met paarse schitteringen. In de neus heeft het een elegant boeket met aroma's van rood fruit zoals bosbessen en cranberry samen met hints van peper, zoethout en munttonen. De smaak van deze wijn wordt omlijnd door een levendige en hartige slok met een stevige tannine textuur.
