"Valentini's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is a complex and opulent wine, which has become famous for its incredible longevity. It is produced with extreme care, starting with the rigorous selection of the grapes during the harvest. The grapes are then taken to the cellar, and after de-stemming the fermentation is started in large wooden barrels, only through the intervention of indigenous yeasts. Aging for one year in 50 or 70 hl oak barrels. It does not undergo clarification or filtration. Masterpiece."
