It was produced with 70% Viura and 30% Garnacha Blanca and has 13.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.5 after maturing in barrel for seven months. It has purity, definition and character and finishes with a pleasant bitter twist. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2021."
