This Demi-Sec Champagne of Moyat Jaury Guilbaud is made of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay grapes. With 34,5 grams of residual sugar this is a demi-sec on the lower side of the demi-sec range.
A great bubble to go with a nice dessert or even some foie gras.
Champagne Moyat Jaury Guilbaud is situated in Polisot in the Cote des Bars region in the South of the Champagne, close to Burgundy. Their vineyard is approximately 10 hectares.
