Champagne Moyat Jaury Guilbaud is situated in Polisot in the Cote des Bars region in the South of the Champagne, close to Burgundy. Their vineyard is approximately 10 hectares.
This Rosé Champagne is made of 100% Pinot Noir grapes of vintage 2020. Using the Méthode Saignée, meaning that the Rosé color is obtained by leaving in the skins of the grapes in the pressed white grape juice. This gives the Rosé nice fruity flavors of raspberry and strawberries. With 6,5 grams of residual sugar per liter and nice fresh Rosé which goes extremely well with duck breast with a raspberry sauce.
