Champagne Marteaux Guillaume is situated in Bonneil in the Vallée de la Marne. They have 8 hectares in Bonneil, Azy-sur-Marne, Romeny-sur-Marne and Charly-sur-Marne. They are currently in the process of making organic wines.
This wine is made of 20% Pinot Noir and 80% Chardonnay of grapes of 2015. 100% of the wine has spent 12 months on French oak barrels to soften the taste. This is a Brut Nature wine.
Nice and clear wine, delicate mousse, minerality in the taste, nice and crisp and a slight bitter.
