Omschrijving
WHITE COLHEITA uit 2003 van het oudste port huis ter wereld. Deze port is zeer bijzonder omdat witte port niet op deze manier op de markt verschijnt. Om een colheita te maken van witte druiven moeten de wijngaarden onder goed beheer staan en heb je een fenomenaal jaar nodig om de rijping om een goede rijping te kunnen garanderen. Dat is gelukt met deze port, wat een beest! De concentratie en lengte is enorm. De port is in 2021 van het vat gehaald en in de fles gegaan dus een mooie 18 jaar gerijpt.

In most respects, this is a lot like a Tawny in flavor and aromatics, very dark in its flavor profile. It is pretty terrific, though, lush, delicious and balanced. This is a nice offering. As always, these can age a long time, barring a cork failure, but they are usually meant to drink on release."
