Omschrijving
The winehouse of Gabriel Pagin & Fils started back in 1946 with the father of Gabriel. Now they own 9,5 hectares in the Premier Cru dorpen Avenay Val d’Or and Mitigny as well as in the Côte des Blancs, the Grand Cru dorpen, Avize and Cramant.
This Carte d'Or Brut was made of 100% Pinot Noir grapes and had a malo-lactic fermentation. It has spend 6 years sur lie. With only 8 grams of residual sugar per liter and nice and fresh Brut. A round and full taste with a medium aftertaste. Great as an aperitif.
