Doyard Cuvée Révolution non dosé
Droog en langgerijpt: de druiven voor deze blanc de blancs komen uit grand cru wijngaarden in Côte de Blancs. De helft van deze blend van drie opeenvolgende oogstjaren is vergist op oud hout, een deel heeft malolactische vergisting ondergaan, waarmee de wijn zachter en soepeler wordt. In geur en smaak rijk en fruitig, met een heerlijk droge afdronk.
Zeer feestelijk als aperitief, lekker bij een licht vis- of schaaldiergerecht
