Dit is de uitblinker van de Bodega. Een stevige en sappige malbec waarvan de druiven selectief met de hand worden geplukt. De wijn rijpt wel 20 maanden op eiken houten vaten en dat proef je!
Robert Parker (92+/100): "I also tasted the 2017 Selección de Bodega Malbec, which was produced with grapes from their Alluvia vineyards in Gualtallary at 1,350 meters in altitude. It's riper than the 2016 I tasted next to it, but it also has more acidity, so it comes through as nicely balanced. This is rounder and lusher, with a round palate, and there's more concentration and power, but it's nicely balanced. 16,205 bottles were filled in February 2019."
James Suckling (93/100): "Very pretty and creamy on the palate with blackberries, chocolate, orange peel and hints of vanilla at the end. Medium to full body. Firm tannins. Very polished. Drink or hold."
