Robert Parker (90-92/100): "The 2015 Corton Clos des Maréchaudes Grand Cru, which is matured in 60% new oak, has a pure and elegant, very floral bouquet with wilted rose petals and violet blossoming on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied with chalky tannin, a keen line of acidity, a bold and punchy Corton Grand Cru with a firm, grippy finish. It comes across a little curmudgeonly at the moment, but it should be less uncouth by the time it is in bottle. At least there is decent substance here and the aromatics are already deliver the quality."
