Jancis Robinson (17/20): "Planted 1937. Tank sample. Mid crimson. Dark-fruited but not open at the moment. Chewy, grippy tannins, so different from the Maison Roche de Bellene reds. A little meaty. I am guessing this has a lot of stems and will need a lot more time to be welcoming. Needs patience."
