Omschrijving
Inmiddels een mooie vaste waarde bij Vleck, Jean Pierre Massotte. Schoon, intelligent wijnmaken, bescheiden, zo zien we het graag. Ondine is oranje zoals we het graag zien, fris én tannine. Is niet zo makkelijk hoor. Weinigen kunnen in de Roussillon zo fris en goedgehumeurd de zon uit het glas laten stralen.

This is a natural wine without added yeasts and with very little, or no added sulphites. This leads to wines with great purity of fruit but might also lead to more outspoken aromas. Beware that this style might be different from what you are used to when drinking conventional wines.
